ChatBox

ChatBox is a simple, easy-to-use AI client for desktop, mobile and web.

Steps

1. Open ChatBox and go to Settings.

2. For Model Provider, choose OpenAI API or Custom provider / OpenAI-compatible.

3. Fill in:

   Field	Value
   API Key	your sk-...
   API Host	https://gateway.mindproxy.ai
   Model	gpt-4o-mini (or another supported model ID)

   TIP

   ChatBox's "API Host" usually just needs the domain. If it returns 404, use https://gateway.mindproxy.ai/v1.

4. If your model isn't in the dropdown, choose "custom model" and type the model ID.

5. Save, go back to chat, and send a message to verify.

Troubleshooting

• 401: wrong or disabled key.
• 404: adjust /v1 on the API host.
• Model unavailable / 403: model not in the key's scope, or a model ID typo.
